Every digital interaction is an opportunity to delight or disappoint your customers. But when teams rely on reactive approaches to manage performance, they’re already a step behind. While modern applications are distributed and microservices based, enterprises still have to support and maintain legacy applications that are monolithic and rigid. The variety of applications and application infrastructures complicates all aspects of observability, visibility and monitoring. Relying solely on dashboards and alerts based on thresholds will often tell you about outages as they occur, even if early indicators are present that could foretell an outage.

Artificial intelligence and predictive analytics are changing the application performance game by enabling organizations to anticipate issues, optimize experiences, and correct issues before customers are impacted which drives better outcomes for your business.

In this fireside chat, the speakers will explore

  • How different types of data such as metrics, events, logs and traces can be used and combined in modern observability stacks
  • And discover how predictive analytics helps you maintain performance and uptime
  • How to move from reactive firefighting to proactive optimization
  • How predictive analytics is transforming customer experience
