John DeBoer

Head of Data Center Vertical Market for Siemens Smart Infrastructure U.S., Siemens

John is responsible for the strategy and growth of data center products, solutions and services across North America. With more than 20 years of industry experience, John leads a team of Siemens experts who support data center clients in their current and future needs. The Siemens data center vertical focuses its efforts on advancements in electrification, building automation, energy management, fire and safety, and decarbonization.

Shareef Alshinnawi

Director of Business Development for Strategic Accounts, nVent

Shareef Alshinnawi is the Director of Business Development for Strategic Accounts at nVent, where he focuses on AI infrastructure and data center cooling solutions. He brings a wealth of experience from previous roles as a Solutions Architect at IBM and Lenovo, where he led the design and deployment of large-scale High Performance Computing (HPC) and AI solutions globally. Shareef is also a prolific inventor, holding over 70 patents issued by the USPTO. In addition to his role at nVent, Shareef serves as the President of the Research Triangle Park (RTP) Chapter of the Applied AI Association (AAIA). His leadership in the AAIA reflects his commitment to fostering collaboration and innovation in applied AI across industries and academia.

Dan Thompson

Research Director, 451 Research

As a Research Director for 451 Research, Dan Thompson provides insight into the Multi-Tenant Datacenter (MTDC) market space. Dan is particularly focused on MTDCs that are trying to move up the stack to offer additional services beyond colocation and connectivity. These services may include disaster recovery, security, various forms of cloud and other managed services. He also assists the 451 Research Information Security group when their interests overlap.
